Campbell River is the third largest city on the island, with a population of more than 38,000, and the urban service centre and hub community for approximately 60,000 people, living and working in our region. Campbell River is located midway along Vancouver Island’s eastern shore. The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board reports that 50% of our buyers come from outside of our community. You’ll find it’s easy to make new friends here, and love that our real estate is relatively more affordable compared to many other communities on Vancouver Island.
